After a bit of playing i decided to try Megafruit Paradise. I understood, was sad, and went on my merry way to play a game i didn't even want to play. I reached out to Nintendo support and they didn't want to give me a refund for the game, due to their policy. I bought Super Mario Party on accident around a week ago, meaning to buy Mario Party Superstars. Although Nintendo is notoriously tight-fisted with this sort of thing, the OP lists exactly what you need to say to get your Scarlet & Violet refund. It's apparently easier to get a refund than you might think. They added, "I urge you to do so as well," so expect the Nintendo returns department to be pretty busy this week. Over on Reddit, one peeved player confirmed they've been allocated a refund for Scarlet & Violet via the Nintendo eShop. If you're not liking the game, I urge you to do so as well. Just got approved for an eShop refund for my Pokemon Scarlet preorder.
